It’s fairly obvious that the Mi Mix is sporting the more powerful hardware setup, but BLUBOO S1 has the upper hand in a few aspects like dual rear cameras with bokeh effect, 8.0MP front camera, expandable memory support up to 256 GB, dual layer touch panel, wet /gloved controls. And the dual-sided curved glass also makes the BLUBOO S1 as much a pleasure to hold as it is to look at.

Given the BLUBOO S1 is priced at merely $150 against Mi Mix’s retail price of $699.99, the S1 could probably take the narrow win, but the decision is ultimately always on the customer. The BLUBOO S1 should be launched in June so if you’d like to learn more about it, you can subscribe on the official website: www.bluboo.hk for first-hand news.
